The Oct 30th issue of Crain’s Chicago Business reports that Excelon, the Chicago-based utility company, plans to save 10% per year on it’s electricity bill due to green choices made during construction, such as utilizing floor-to-ceiling windows that will supliment or eliminate fluorescent lighting with sunlight.
