Members of the HUB Housing Cooperative in Little Village started the 24th/Marshall Neighbors Community Garden on Sunday with plants from the City’s Perennial Divide, including two rose bushes, two hydrangias, a half dozen day lillies, a couple of purple coneflowers, and much, much more.
