First Training Course Begins

The first cohort of twenty-six C3 leaders attended their first of four training sessions this past Saturday. The focus was Land and presenters included Department of Environment staff Suzanne Malec, Kimberly Worthington and Aaron Durnbaugh; Friends of the Forest Preserves Executive Director Benjamin Cox; and Angela Sturdevant of the Chicago Park District.

We’re on our way!

Next class is Saturday, June 3rd and the unofficial invitation is to stay after for perhaps an hour (?) so that we can get a chance to talk with each other, find out who’s coming from where, and interested in what.

For those keeping score, should we call this C3 News Blog the first leader project? Notice that comments are welcome, but you’ll have to register/login first. See link in upper right corner.
